  I’ve had a consistently positive experience with Two Rivers. The gentleman in the office behind the front desk, who always helps me is professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, whether in person or over the phone. Every interaction is handled efficiently, and he takes the time to explain every option clearly. What really stands out is how friendly and approachable he is and how he creates a welcoming environment and genuinely cares about us as customers.

  This is by bar far the bank I have had the pleasure of dealing with in the last 50 years. The service is outstanding in the front and bookkeeping department. Never pay another ATM fee again as they promptly reimburse you for whatever fee you were charged. They credit social security checks on Friday or Saturday if the 3rd falls on a Monday. I don’t pay for checks or deposit slips. I don’t have enough room to write all the reasons you should switch to Two Rivers Bank 🏦

  I love it here! The employees are very kind and considerate, they are also very trustworthy. The customer service is always amazing, they allow us to bring our dogs in so they can say hi and they always have candy available! Very great bank, I would recommend it to everyone!!

  I wouldn't go so far as to say these guys are worse than any other bank out there but they have got to be right up there in the top 10. I have two business checking accounts and a business savings account with them. They decided that I wasn't allowed to access the money in the savings account anymore unless I went physically into the Bank to do it. Which is of course ridiculous, but because they would not allow me to transfer the money to my other accounts to cover pending charges I got smoked for four $33 overdraft fees (3 out of the four of which the fee was greater than the charge that they authorized). They have also been taking $15.00 a month out of the savings account as a maintenance fee now which is new, so all in all they've stolen about $200 from me in the last 2 months. They are absolutely a-moral scumbags, exactly as one expects from a modern bank. I will be closing all of my accounts here shortly and I will never under any circumstances do business with this bank again and I hope you don't either I would love to see us all take a stand and actually put these horrible unethical banks out of business.
