I was told by Erika that it had not processed and that the garnishemt would have to go through. She was of NO HELP and seemed not to care. I asked for her superviser and she said she was off. I asked for the next higher up supervisor and was told she is gone too. WHAT DID I PAY IT FOR IF YOU'RE STILL GOING TO GARNISH ME?

I called Pam, and cleared it up within 5 minutes. All of these negative reviews are just really sour people who couldn't take care of their own responsibilities. They were really kind to work with. If the bill would have been substantial and out of my budget, I am quite sure they would be more than happy to negotiate.

Now that I think about it, we never did get much from their collection attempts. Maybe it's because they never attempted to make contact???
