  Horrible experience, every time I call , I have to leave a name and phone number. Nobody can tell me why I am getting a garnishment or where my money is going. Just expected to pay. Get no receipt. No understanding. No communication, can not find case number in Iowa courts online either. Just a generic "contact us at this number, leave your name and number". Then nothing... This should be illegal to take people's money without even talking to them.

  These people are here to actually help you and work with you to get your bills paid. I enjoy their services, and yes, it's a service. They're a big help.

  I paid online to stop a garnishment, only to be told that it can take up to 10-15 days to process. The funds left my account just a few days after I paid it. I was told by Erika that it had not processed and that the garnishemt would have to go through. She was of NO HELP and seemed not to care. I asked for her superviser and she said she was off. I asked for the next higher up supervisor and was told she is gone too. WHAT DID I PAY IT FOR IF YOU'RE STILL GOING TO GARNISH ME?

  It's weird to write a review on a collections agency... but... I saw a medical bill on my credit report that I wasn't aware of. $40. I called Pam, and cleared it up within 5 minutes. All of these negative reviews are just really sour people who couldn't take care of their own responsibilities. They were really kind to work with. If the bill would have been substantial and out of my budget, I am quite sure they would be more than happy to negotiate.

  Michelle is wonderfull. Shes always cheerfull and will work with you and help you get things set up to get you out of debt without hassle or unkindness..there should be more like her..great lady..
