Had told me nothing existed under my name. When I got there and talked to somebody they had told me more information. I simply just wanted to know if I had an account ever before. Didn’t ask how to spell my name and said they had all my information when I didn’t give it to them. It’s not right to treat anybody like that. Everyone else inside was kind. Tamra’s boss was rude as well.

We like locally owned banks where if there is a problem it can be dealt with in house rather than having the decisions made offsite. First Citizens has always treated us honestly and well both in the bank and the trust department.
