Jessica, who assisted me, was absolutely amazing,Very kind and helpful, so this review is not about her. However, I’m extremely disappointed that the bank supervisor decided to place a hold on my check until the end of the month. What’s frustrating is that they verified the funds right in front of me, and everything was confirmed to be available. It feels unfair, as if the supervisor doesn’t realize that people have bills to pay. Not a great first impression for a new customer. This one star is for the bank supervisor.
