We are very happy with the change at the Estherville location as they are very professional and courteous to us. Most importantly, they respond in a very timely manner and do not make us feel like our questions are insignificant. We are greeted by the tellers with smiles and not staff that are on their phones! We have also taken out a home mortgage loan there and she is very good at helping us through that process.
