- LSlevi sJun 12, 20191.0Not a customer but wanted to turn in change. Called a couple banks because I live close to a lot of them and my bank no longer has an automatic counter. I was told it would be 3% so I gladly decided to go there. After putting all my change in I was informed it was actually 10%. Would not have made me so upset but another bank told me a flat rate of three dollars and based my choice on what I was told over the phone.
