  I have been a member of this branch since before the merger and had great service when in Council Bluffs. The only time I ever had a withdraw from my account that wasn't recognized they immediately sent out a new card and helped minimize any other issues.

  The ladies who work here are very sweet. The building is very nice and clean and the drive thru is always moving very quickly. I like getting dividends by just having a savings account. I have had my account here for about a year but I plan to stay for a long time. I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone and everyone.

  First account at 11 years old through Kirby program. Now at 32 years old I learn they are stealing my money at a rate of $5.00 per month due to "account inactivity" well, some savings account that turned out to be! Too busy to stop regularly, but I will try harder to deposit $0.01 a month until I've wasted a value in paper receipts and employee time to equal what is missing! Gotta lol at that and it's sad I didn't have time to deposit them pennies. But the account is dead, the old me's efforts are dead. This bank withdrew way more money from my account than I ever had. Ashamed of myself for wanting a savings account. Tell your kids a piggy bank is the way to go with annual trips to buy silver bullion to save or just go straight to investing. Banks like this will 100% take every dime you save, the term savings account suddenly sounds incriminatingly as false advertisements. Ever consider revenue from interest from loans instead of theft? Obviously I'm burned from the deception, once upon a time you actually paid me to keep my money there, but times are very different.

  I have been with the United Credit Union since I was in middle school (I'm 48). Teri and Kathy have always done right by my family from questions to loans and even accounts for our many grandchildren. The professionalism and friendly demeanour is above reproach. Thank you for years of service and I look forward to many more to come. Farewell to Kathy, your advice in the loan department is priceless as is your presence. Walking into the credit union will not be the same.
