  Beats the snot out of my previous financial institution. Great staff, almost never a line to the teller, they know all of their customers on a first name basis, can't say enough good things about this location.

  Imagine a bank ran by sweet grandmothers. Awesome service, they remember you by name. They're constantly offering me cookies. Overall the best bank experience I've ever had.

  I have been banking with the former Guaranty Bank Branch for a number of years and appreciate the manager and the tellers very much. In the five or six years I have been stopping in the staff hasn't changed and I very much appreciate that. It is truly a community bank. The transition to new ownership (CRBT) has gone smoothly so far and they haven't made any changes to staff, so good! However they used to have a painting by a local artist hanging in the entryway of Bever Park. It was a little arts and crafts but I liked the specificness of it. Well that is being replaced by a big CBRT logo... Oh well. I guess they can do what they want but I already know it's a CBRT Branch from the big sign outside. I'm not sure if the branding had to displace a fairly unique and whimsical piece of local art?!? But who am I?

  Friendly and helpful staff! I needed help and they were awesomely helpful without making me feel like an idiot for accidentally running checks through the wash. :-)
