Instead, they keep collecting return check fees from my school and when the fees add up to $190, they closed the account. Now they sent my info to collection guy and they call me and asking for $230 payment for money I didn't spent. Bad customer service. Who keeps account open just to collect return check fees??? NorthwestBank does and its poor. You guys should refund my available balance before you started your return fees. You guys are owing me and not I owing you.
