Two Rivers has been amazing through this whole process. They are always there to answer any questions we have…which has been a lot. We have all learn with the fall of the real estate market that banks were not concerned if a family could afford a house, they just wanted to approve them for as much as they possibly could. At Two Rivers they think about the family and the expenses they have, and make sure that the mortgage amount fits their financial situation. They are always upfront about the cost that come with purchasing a home and make sure that we know what to expect when it is time for closing. We hope that the perfect home will come along soon and know that it will go smoothly because we have a reliable bank to turn to.
