  I own a small business and had been working with Wells Fargo for my commercial banking. Their business banking services continued to get worse and worse, so I decided to move my accounts to a community bank. After searching, I chose Northwest Bank. It was one of my best decisions as a business owner. The Northwest Bank staff were able to set up checking and savings accounts and transfer funds in quickly. We then secured a business loan to purchase a commercial building and then another to support operations. I’ve been able to meet with staff to talk about strategic growth and current and future needs. At every step, the tellers, the loan managers and even the bank President have been fantastic! They know me by name and care about my business. It has been a refreshing change. We’ve since started a second business and run it through Northwest Bank too. I would highly recommend them to any small business looking for more personalized service and collaboration. Thanks, Cara, Amy, Josh, Chase, Ashley and everyone else I’m forgetting!

  Honestly couldn't complain for opening a bank account the guy and lady who helped me was very nice and respectful, Honestly had no issues for opening a bank account also everyone was quite friendly

  Every time l've visited this location, the Bank Manager (that sit in the office right by the door when you walk in) has had either one or both of her children there. I made a comment a while ago to the tellers that it was rude a customer has left their child with the banker and they said they are her kids. l've continued to see her watching her kids (or sitting on her phone) rather than working since then. This is not the professional setting I expect when handling my banking needs.
