Went in they said you have to open account on baby’s name to cash it. Have had account here for over a decade. Closed mine. Will close joint account soon too. I don’t get how other banks can I’ve called talked to three banks but my bank can’t endorse and deposit. Was very disappointed.

I called to let them know about their mistake, and the lady who helped me over the phone said she would send me a txt. 5 years later i dont have that phone. She said she couldnt help me. Imagine doing nothing wrong and being penalized for it. I appreciate the attempt to help but not everyone keeps their number for life. You should verify my identity in 20 other ways like you always have. If you want to have an account with a bank that cant fix their own mistakes then this is your bank

Should put a disclaimer on your site so people don’t spend hours filling out your application only to be told your application can’t even be reviewed for over half a year.
