  Easy, hassle free banking and they took me back after I had overdrawn my account 100$ 7 years ago! Much Mahalo to the Waialae branch for helping me when I needed it the most. This is no corporate styled bank this local people who understand local people. Hawaii usa fcu is my "go to" bank super convenient and you can use BOH Atms also.

  My wife an I have decided to close our accounts here after being charged for things that we should not have been charged for. Then two other bad experiences in a row that we didn't appreciate. We had to follow up multiple times to make sure they corrected things they should have corrected in the first place and now something just happened again. Was advised this new thing will be taken care of but I'll have to monitor it myself because I'm just not confident they will do what they said. Just not worth it.

  Experienced, Friendly, and hard working. Rina and Janice have been helping me and my family for over 20 years. The locations have moved but their work ethic and friendliness continues to amaze me to this day. Their work ethic is the best! I don't like other banks, that I won't name, because it seems their workers are in high school and their work ethic and lack of experience shows. Good job HawaiiUSAFCU! Keep up the good work.

  Me and my husband went to this branch and we were so happy when we left. We needed to open a new account and we were helped by Jordan. Jordan broke everything down for us and made sure we understood everything we were signing and that he took care of everything we wanted from the credit union. He was also very kind and we enjoyed talking with him. We enjoyed him so much, we tried to give him money- which he kindly refused. He’s a stand up guy! Definitely recommend this branch, company and employees!
