- TGTerry G.Dec 15, 20251.0My wife an I have decided to close our accounts here after being charged for things that we should not have been charged for. Then two other bad experiences in a row that we didn't appreciate. We had to follow up multiple times to make sure they corrected things they should have corrected in the first place and now something just happened again. Was advised this new thing will be taken care of but I'll have to monitor it myself because I'm just not confident they will do what they said. Just not worth it.

Then I disputed the double charge and was told it would take up to 90 days. I called the merchant to refund me so I could be credited faster "done" but then they refunded and charged me again. I had to be charged then credited it was a complete mess and shows they are not competent and lack communication throughout their business. I'm still trying to sort it out and then changing banks. It should not be hard to pay for a surgery but it was with this bank. Also very argumentative and unable to really help because they don't listen and only think they are right and the customer is wrong! They will not fix their communication problems and will continue losing customers.

Not only was it easy to open accounts, but the employees were very patient and friendly. I've decided to transfer all of my accounts to this location. Parking can be tight, but worth it for the aloha.

Jordan broke everything down for us and made sure we understood everything we were signing and that he took care of everything we wanted from the credit union. He was also very kind and we enjoyed talking with him. We enjoyed him so much, we tried to give him money- which he kindly refused. He’s a stand up guy! Definitely recommend this branch, company and employees!
