I walked in at 12:58 PM, and although the website clearly stated the business closes at 3 PM, the woman behind the counter—who seemed like she owned the place—told me they were already closed. When I asked for clarification, she pointed to the board behind her and said I should check the time there. It wasn’t even 1 PM yet, so it felt like she was just trying to delay me until 1 PM. I deeply regret sending my parcel here. The service is unreliable, and the staff act like they own the place and don’t care about making customer contact count. This business is in desperate need of a complete overhaul.
