  Had to use the banking hub as RBS couldn't help on the phone. Its a shame we have no branches anymore, but the hub did offer a friendly face, with many years of banking expertise. Hopefully my issue will be resolved soon. Loved the little fairy door too.

  I've tried phoning the Business Banking Hub to book an appointment with our bank and, from each option on the voicemail menu, end up being directed to a web page which offers "information". Why can we not talk to human beings any longer? It would seem that, in order to make an appointment I will have to visit the Hub, then make the appointment and then return for the appointment with my colleagues. How is this more efficient?

  Fabulous service from Sarah (Halifax Bank) this morning. As a family, we needed urgent banking information regarding an elderly relative who is suddenly going into care - Sarah was very knowledgeable on this subject. We are so lucky to have this facility in RWB!
