Staff are friendly but they do con you of money. I regular post small parcels in the city centre branch for the same price everytime. Yet at this branch they demanded the weight was more and so I would have to pay extra.
I left promptly and went to my regular city centre post office to be offered £5.25 as usual. Unsure why they do this but it has prevented me from using this store again no matter the convience of its location.
