I was... so I have a bad memory so I can only remember clearly how it was for me the last time I was there. Also I have been going there so long now that I have adjusted to how it is. The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle teaches that in any situation we only have three choices: change it, remove ourselves from it, or accept it as it is. I cannot change how some of the staff are. I choose not to stop going there. So my only choice is to accept them as they are, which I have done; so now when I go there I actually enjoy it. I get along with all of the staff easily now. The other customers are always chatty and friendly to me. I stand with my legs apart in a more relaxing kung fu stance practising mindfulness; so I remain at peace in the queue, until I get to the counter. The time taken to serve each customer always seems fair to me. Someone was once complaining about not being able to connect to their app; so I inserted myself in their conversation suggesting a workaround and they became annoyed with me, which seemed fair to me; so I stopped making suggestions and said something which they accepted and our interaction ended. Later I realised that I should have suggested that they try to access the app at a time when less people use it. Perhaps the Post Office can get its IT department or provider to increase the capacity of the app. I was... which makes me hypervigilant, so I always have to help others if I can. I reflected on the experience; so the next time I try to help someone I am better received. I'm autistic, so it's a process for me.

Rude staff. The staff there are terrible. If I could give 0 ratings, I would. Rude, disrespectful, and have no care for others or customer service skills at all.

Horrific. Never any staff. Long queues.
Was completely shut without warning yesterday. And then was shut again today as I arrived. It’s the worst post office there is.
