    Seems to be common occurrence of staff member going home early. Two days in row I have come here to get euros and both times was shut.

    I attended Tescos today to get travel money and the queue was 8 deep so I checked for the opening times to see that on a Friday Travelex stayed open until 5pm. I then returned to Tescos at 14.47 and approached the booth to be told by a really rude male member of staff, who was behind the window, that Travelex was closed and would reopen on Monday. No explanation about why he had closed 2 hours and 13 minutes early or any apology. It is really not fair to advertise opening times and then not honour them and not even apologise for any inconvenience
