I am currently going through a very difficult situation and I can’t thank Michelle at the Haslemere banking hub enough for the time and help she gave me. She was very empathic about my situation and helped sort out my finances at a very difficult time in my life. Such a valuable service for the people in Haslemere.

Wonderful! A different bank each day and such helpful staff. Now not having individual high street banks doesn’t matter nearly so much. I came in on a Barclays day but could do what I needed even though I’m with First Direct. I’m a very happy customer!
