  It should open at 9am but takes the guy 20 minutes to set up. The website should show opening at 9.30 if you can't actually get any money until after 9.20. Imagine if all shops opened at 9am but you couldn't actually buy anything until 9.20am. So ridiculous and unprofessional. Should be ready to go at 9am

  Disappointed because I arrived at 9.40 am on the Saturday to pick up my Internet travel money order and it was closed. It does not open until 10am on Saturdays however, you do not know that until you arrive there. The guy suggested I go and do some shopping while I waited for him to set up his system. Why would I go shopping when I am just about to go on holiday??? Sorry to moan, but when I told him the website said 9am opening, he argued with me. I offered to show him the website page on my phone. He refused this, but never apologised to me. Tesco are usually quite good at customer service but there was a failing here.
