    Very bad experience in tesco , i cheak price in club card and they don’t give me same price , its scam and staff very rude behaviour!

    I had an extremely disappointing experience with the lady working in the afternoon at this establishment. When I came in to exchange dollars to British pounds, she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing any assistance or courteous service, she treated me with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. Her tone was dismissive, and it was clear she had no interest in helping me with my transaction. I would strongly advise against visiting this place if you value good customer service.

    Really nasty horrible woman at the counter (I wouldn’t call her lady as she didn’t even say hello or thank you). She has been extremely rude, unhelpful and we had to wait for her 5 minute to arrive and serve us as she was preparing to leave 30 minutes before the Travel Money office was due to close. She was extremely patronising and very reluctant to offer any help. Her attitude was despicable and although I did get the travel money that I have paid for in advance, this was an extremely unpleasant experience.

    Last week we tried to pay by card for currency exchanges, the lady informed us without explaining that there was no such possibility! So we wanted to go downstairs just to withdraw money .. Lady said that it closes in 4 minutes. . And today at 17.30 the exchange office was closed because the service lady took a break to buy ice cream in the Tesco store. We had to ask the staff to contact the lady and ask her to come back, after which the lady returned with a clearly unhappy face without even apologizing to anyone. Later, she accepted the card payment from the customer in front of us. I am definitely disappointed with the customer service!
