    Visited the hub today to query an issue with my account. Debbie from HSBC was amazing, sat me down talked through the issue with me and almost immediately found a fix. She was also able to help by offering specific advice to make my money work a little better for me. All this was done clearly, professionally and with such a friendly persona. In addition to the wonderful service from Debbie the lady from the post office was equally as welcoming, supportive and friendly. The hub is a fab facility and one I would highly recommend, especially if seeing someone from your bank usually means a stressful trip into town!
