Would just like to agree with some other reviews. Used the Stairfoot branch numerous times ,the opening hours are posted but the guy who works there is either going for his dinner 'because ' it's quiet ' or he's some excuse why he can't serve you.Only use this poor service because of the club card. Went today 18/09/2026 ,two in the kiosk at 11:15 counting money, he said come back later.I'm using Asda in future.

Been today ro collect pre ordered money at 5pm to be told that it was closed and would have to return tomorrow after 930.It states on the website it's open till 7pm Scored it a 1 star when really it deserves a minus 1. First time using this facility and it will be the last. One annoyed and disappointed customer. Should have read the reviews first and gone to a reputable company but thought that it would save me time as I was shopping in Tesco
