You can also speak to a community banker from your bank on the day they’re in the hub (no appointment needed). They can help with account queries, fraud support, Power of Attorney and much more.
The banking hub is owned by Cash Access UK and operated by the Post Office.

Juliet behind the counter Is so welcoming she makes me laugh she’s ever so friendly as soon as you walk in she’s Greeting you. Been in four times now and when I walk out i’m smiling. Service is excellent each time I’ve gone in I’ve not had to queue, which is great. Really hope it carries on. And again, Juliet, you’re a star.
