  Ordered travel money online, had confirmation it would be available for collection after 3pm on 26/9/25, I arrived at 3.45pm to find the kiosk closed, staff had just gone on a break for 1 hour. Therefore the opening hours of 10-6pm are misleading as there is only 1 member of staff. Returned the following day to collect only for the staff member to insist I could have collected when I received the email however I insisted that the email I received clearly stated my currency would be available to collect on 26/9/25 after 3pm. Will not use this store again.

  Went there today (04/06/2025) at 1030. Should have opened at 10. I enquired as to when it would open but was told that it would not open today. Needs to be a consistent service.

  I've always found Tesco Bureau to be good when exchanging and purchasing Euros but today I was treated badly when I asked if I could sell my Euros back. The lady was sarcastic and rude to me saying she couldn't accept them as they were crumpled. I tried straightening them out saying they'd beenbin my suitcase but she continued to argue and humiliate me which made me lose my temper. The Manager was no help just a kid. I will never use them again

  Says the tesco money exchange oprn until 4pm on the the website yet I went in at 2.15 at it was closed very disappointed
