A banking hub is a shared space providing easy access to everyday cash and face-to-face banking services for customers of the major banks.
At this hub you can withdraw cash, pay in cash and cheques, check your balance, pay bills, and access change-giving services (for registered businesses).
You can also speak to a community banker from your bank on the day they’re in the hub (no appointment needed). They can help with account queries, fraud support, Power of Attorney and much more.
The banking hub is owned by Cash Access UK and operated by the Post Office.
TARA PEARSON - HSBC staff.
Tara was incredibly helpful, highly sensitive and nothing but professional when dealing with a number of issues for my parents recently. It was a difficult time as we were closing an account because of a bereavement and she had all the time in the world to guide my Mum through an incredibly tough process. She kept in touch beyond the meeting for many days and weeks afterwards until she knew that all issues had been dealt with as we had expected. Nothing but praise for this young woman - a true asset to HSBC.

I have found the hub extremely useful and feel we are very lucky to have it. I have received excellent advice and help when setting up my sons bank accounts and online banking from the community bankers.

Very poor - it took six days for a cheque deposit to show up on my Santander account and the funds are not clear yet. Would not recommend
