It was a difficult time as we were closing an account because of a bereavement and she had all the time in the world to guide my Mum through an incredibly tough process. She kept in touch beyond the meeting for many days and weeks afterwards until she knew that all issues had been dealt with as we had expected. Nothing but praise for this young woman - a true asset to HSBC.
