  *1/5 stars* I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Tesco Travel Money desk at the Oxford Superstore. The staff member, Uwasi, was completely unhelpful and unprofessional. Despite providing my ID and following the procedures, he accused me of being rude when I wasn't. He even lied about our interaction, which was frustrating and unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with the manager, it took over an hour for them to arrive, and even then, the issue wasn't resolved. I was refused service despite being willing to follow the proper procedures. The lack of customer service skills and dishonesty displayed by Uwasi was appalling. I would not recommend this location for travel money services and would advise Tesco to provide better training for their staff. *Service:* 1/5 *Professionalism:* 1/5 *Recommendation:* No

  Rudest woman in there!!! Was at the tills and could hear the lady in there today being extremely rude to another customer, she was refusing to give him his money back and she came out of her box to call him names!!!! Worst customer service I have ever encountered!!!!

  Lady was rude snatched money out of my hand then said she can't give me clubcard price because she doesn't have a scanner then refused to give me my money back then she followed me out still telling me I am stupid for not listening to her and I won't be able to get euros anywhere else. Went to Sainsbury's got a better rate and done straight away. This lady has no customer service at all no wonder she is always so sitting on her phone doing nothing.
