  Not sure why, but the staff decided to wait until lunch time (surely his peak hours when everyone pops in during their lunch hour) to spend 10-15mins doing their admin at a snails pace

  Hadn't even realised this was inside Tesco! Had read the negative reviews and was a bit apprehensive, but my experience was fine. No queue. I hadn't ordered any currency, but was no problem to get some changed within a few minutes. Nothing to fault at all with the service, very happy indeed. Used Tesco clubcard and got a better exchange rate too.

  Yes waiting times can be long but the staff might be new or feeling poorly you never know. When served I asked if they also have some Polish and they said they will check in a moment as they will need to go on different screen and cancel what rhey were doing to check which is fine. I was collecting online order from another location before and when closed I got a text message to arrange collection elsewhere if I wanted to. The below commenter obviously was unaware that stock can’t be check when serving. You can always make a phone call and ask without wasting time in a queue or get a home delivery if you have no time to queue. People are just rude these days! I work in customer service and unless you bend back words and stand in your head you get told you are called names, just plan ahead people…

  As above, useless. Staff sickness and no cover meant I made three wasted journeys to try and collect. Had to wait four days until they could open the counter.
