The Abingdon store is useless! There is a young guy who is very unhelpful and obviously hates his job!

Hadn't even realised this was inside Tesco! Had read the negative reviews and was a bit apprehensive, but my experience was fine. No queue. I hadn't ordered any currency, but was no problem to get some changed within a few minutes. Nothing to fault at all with the service, very happy indeed. Used Tesco clubcard and got a better exchange rate too.

Was waiting for 10 minutes behind a single customer so I had the naive thought that I would try and ask if the currency I wanted was in stock so I wouldn’t have to waste my time pointlessly, at which point the rather unkempt guy behind the counter told me rudely “I’m actually serving a customer!” Like yes mate, I have eyes, but a little bit of professionalism and situational awareness to recognise that I’d been waiting for an excessive amount of time and that my question could be answered off the top of your head would have helped… Of course when the customer in front had left and it was my turn I was informed there was none of my currency in stock. Wouldn’t have minded if he wasn’t a prat🤷‍♂️ Utterly useless.

As above, useless. Staff sickness and no cover meant I made three wasted journeys to try and collect. Had to wait four days until they could open the counter.

Totally hopeless takes absolutely ages to collect a few euros. If you have an hour off your life to waste waiting in a queue of only a couple of people carry on. Not the first tome experienced this. It will be the last! Ridiculous.
