Took one of my elderly clients in the other day who was a bit confused regarding her bank account the lady behind the counter (Alison I think her name was) was so patient and understanding with my client, really put her at ease. So thank you. Plus having the hub in town is so convenient especially when I have to put money into my account and there's no other banks around 5*
