Good rates but option to sell back was too expensive especially if buying several currencies in one transaction

Was served by Claire who also works at the Beeston site. I can't express how helpful Claire (and her male colleague were in helping me. I needed to exchange some Japanese yen as a 'buy back' into UK currency - the service was exceptional and the rate offered was competative. Recommend to anyone needing to buy or sell currency. Thank you Claire! :)
