- CGCezar GligoreSep 28, 20201.0Absolutely disgraceful customer service !! I want to begin by saying I've been selling online for the past 3 years and have used post office and royal mail services all of this time in different locations in Nottingham. Recently moved addresses and this Post office on Saint ann's walles road is the closest to me. I've just been here today and had about 20 large letters with labels on them purchased online from royal mail. Obviously for business reasons I do need the receipts as proof of postage so they need to scan the labels for the receipt to be produced . One of the staff there has a go at me saying that they aren't paid to scan my parcels and that she should turn around and say no and that she'll refuse serving next time. She then said that I should arrange for royal mail to collect from me and I've explained that I do not have sufficient parcels on a daily basis for royal mail to come and collect from me. I've also tried to explain to her that in all these years I had never encountered a post office or royal mail employee having a go at me and refusing to serve me because I have too many items (20) just for Scan. 5 min job . I know for many people this Post office is convenient as it's close but be aware as staff are absolutely shocking ...
