Excellent.
I went in with limted expectations as I had cheques to deposit for work and personal cash to withdrew over three separate accounts.
A task that in the heady days of high Street banking would have required three separate visits and probably three separate QUEUES!!
The service was prompt professional and courteous and very helpful
Despite a previous complaint about no cash machines It was almost certainly just as quick and easy getting staff to dispense cash

I don't rate the banking hub at all, the main desk is for post office, so you have to wait to go in a room for your bank, I wanted Lloyds for a quick question but lots queuing only 1 staff for Lloyd's not good when there's loads waiting. 😕And annoying when you can hear the chat in there and it's passing time of day instead of banking.
