The team; Nish, Uzma and Harshil were all very helpful, kind and patient as I had a few to do. They had smiles on their faces and dealt with the busy queue efficiently and cheerfully. I believe it was Uzma that was serving me to do the check and sends, and she was the most helpful, kindest lady with the patience of a saint with sorting out my passport forms and getting them sent off. During my service, there was a disgruntled customer and Nish and Harshil dealt with them calmly and efficiently to minimise disturbance to the rest of us customers. They are a fantastic trio, who are clearly dedicated to their jobs and ensuring the service runs efficiently as possible.

If you are buying currency and paying by card then you will need to bring one of the following;
Valid passport
Valid UK or EEA photocard driving licence
EEA identity card
We cannot accept anything other than one of these documents. We may also ask for ID for some cash transactions and we may need to verify your identity electronically while you are at the counter (this is not a credit check).
