  Very clean pleasant building. More importantly. very helpful and efficient staff. I am really pleased we have this in Watton, much better than negotiating menus and on the telephone!

  I attended the hub yesterday and was very pleased with the service that I received there. I spoke with Louise from HSBC and found her to be very helpful and I informative as indeed were the others staff members. I will definitely use it again .

  The help and guidance I received during my meeting with Louise Buckley from HSBC was excellent, at the age of 82 I am now confident to use on-line banking. I found Louise very patient and understanding, a credit to HSBC, good customer support.
