  it says open at 9:greeted with a lady saying I will be 10-15 mins as need to put all this away if it opens at 9 am why wasn't she they are 8.45 putting all the stuff aways

  Terrible service from some man who had a managers badge on. Waited for ages despite only being 2 in the queue, he had no idea what he was doing and was totally condescending and unprofessional. Will NEVER use again. AVOID.

  Went in on 30/08 to order Mexican pesos the woman rudely told me she didn't want to count that much I explained that I really needed it, she rudely reluctantly put the order in and told me to collect on 02/09 I arrived at 4.30ish stood in the queue for over an hour listening to her speaking to other customers like rubbish very rude snappy and shaking her head and rolling her eyes at everyone whilst slamming things around behind the counter, she even had the nerve to have a go at one gentleman because the notes he handed her were not all facing the same way round. Anyway i Got to the front of the queue and she said sorry LOVE your gonna have to come back another time I've not got time to Count it and proceeded to deal with the next customer. Its not that fact she was busy that was an issue it's how rude and abrupt she was on both occasions manners and politness dont cost a thing, and are a MUST in customer service... I still don't have my travel money. I informed her that she had been rude to me on two occasions and she proceeded to abruptly ask another customer if they thought she was rude, so unprofessional and not helpful at all. Everytime another customer joined the queue she just glared at them and shook her head! Absolutely appaled by this, and it is being taken further already!

  Turned up at 2:18 after driving 9miles to buy euros for the lady to tell me rudely that she was going on her break till 3:10 and there was nothing she could do about it and there’s nothing on their website that says they may have a break.
