    Absolutely life saver! I needed cash for a friend's birthday but the cash point was out of order. Thank god for the banking hub, saved my bacon :-)

    Very efficient and knowledgeable staff. Everyone there is friendly and attentive. The banking hub is what Downham Market needs with all the banks closing.

    Given the closure of all the banks in Downham Market this place is a life saver. I know it's not possible to do cover all banking needs but most things can be done and being able to get out and pay in cash/cheques is brilliant. The new hub looks great too.

    This branch has very limited flexibility when it comes to customer service. It isn’t possible to withdraw cash without a physical card, even when presenting official ID such as a passport or driving licence. They also can’t provide updates on transactions or enquiries made through telephone banking. It would be helpful if the branch could offer more support for customers who need in-person assistance.

No. Customers of all major banks and building societies can access cash services from the Post Office counter service, whenever the Hub is open: *pay in cash (notes and coin) and cheques withdraw cash (notes and coin) *check your balance *manage your PIN *pay utility bills *top up your gas and electricity *access change-giving services (for registered businesses) You can also talk to a community banker from your bank on the day your bank is in the Hub. There is a private space where you can talk face-to-face about more complicated banking enquiries like payments and transfers, managing your account, and how to use online banking.
