Customer service has noticeably declined, and the decision to unify the queues has resulted in significantly longer wait times for all customers. The previous till staff were consistently friendly and efficient—they will be missed. Their professionalism made a real difference to the customer experience. The overall atmosphere has also changed. The space now resembles a souvenir shop more than a functioning post office, which detracts from its core purpose and feels out of place. I hope these observations are taken into account to help restore the quality and efficiency that once defined this branch..
