This post office is honestly one of the most disorganised places I’ve dealt with. It’s hardly ever open, and when it is, there seems to be only one member of staff trying to do absolutely everything by herself. Parcels are piled everywhere with no organisation at all.
My parcel has supposedly been sitting there for over a week and they still haven’t been able to find it. The whole place feels chaotic and badly managed. I understand the staff member is probably doing her best, but the service overall is completely unacceptable!
