I strongly believe in the concept of 'give credit where it's due.' But, I have been stung twice at Gillingham Travel money shop. They reckon it's transparent that you get a better rate if you purchase 'up front' online. If you've got time to read the terms and conditions then maybe it is written somewhere on their website. But to me, transparency is: - 'You will get x amount of dollars if you buy online, and you will get x amount of dollars if you purchase in-store!' Instead, you have to ping on their calculator, which tells you what you'll get. You arrive in-store to be greeted by a miserable so-and-so, who barks 'It's different online!' I had no choice but to purchase, as I was against the clock. But then he threw my change into the chrome trough - all in pennies and 5p's, just to rub salt in, I can only assume! I guess it's your choice where you choose to shop. But, in all honesty, manners cost nothing!

Seriously need a better system in place. Desk is closed for periods throughout the day for breaks/counting money, resulting in customers having to wait about. Surely it would be beneficial to make use of the customer service workers which are just standing about?! Or you could even just publish on the website when you are closed?
