  I done usually leave negative feedback but today I approached Jackie at Rainham money this afternoon as her female asian colleague was busy serving another customer and asked, "please are you free to serve me?" as I was in a rush. She ignored me as i waited and did not respond to me which was very rude. However, when the next white person came by she approached and asked if he needed serving. The white person said I need a specific currency that was not euros and she proceeded to say "euros are the only currency I have" and laughed whilst looking at me. She knew I was waiting for euros and purposely chose to ignore me and rub it in my face with the next customer. Eventually, the other colleague was finished and served me. This was highly unacceptable and unprofessional as this created more work for the other colleague and created an unnecessary queue and I had an appointment that Jackie made me late for. People of colour should be weary of Jackie as she may have a racial preference of people she prefers to serve. The other lady of Asian decent is always friendly and interactive asking where I am travelling to and professional. Professional service should be the minimum for all members of staff regardless of race or background especially in the year 2025. Tesco please kindly provide her with the relevant training as this is unacceptable.

  Jackie was very helpful on the phone and gave excellent customer service when I came to collect my order. The staff in the travel money booth are always friendly, transparent and kind. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you Jackie and Tesco Rainham!
