- ATAlex TcherdakApr 22, 20251.0Please fix your mic. I could not hear the teller, and it made the whole interaction really awkward and unpleasant. The system where you can only buy round numbers of foreign currency with random amounts of home currency is also stupid. Why cant I give you £100 for however many yen? And then there's a minimum card spend complicating everything? You can't honestly expect people to carry exact change or settle for less foreign currency than they were wanting. Terrible system. The rates are awful too. Also, there should be a screen showing the customer what currency we're purchasing for what price.
- EEEllahFeb 5, 20254.0I received good service from Medinat on 03/02/2025. I was buying US dollars. She was attentive, polite and helpful. She took her time looking for a better rate. Despite the exchange rate being lower than online with clubcard. Very disappointing for Tesco rates.

I was carrying a valid UK ID with me still the staff insisted they wanted my passport for giving me the currency, which I had already purchased and payed for online the day before. I had to go back and come again to collect it. They are not ready to take your feedback either and was a terrible experience. Would not recommend this.
