    Always friendly and helpful. I am unable to get to a main branch in a town so the Barton Upon Humber banking Hub is a lifeline. Since being ill my cognitive abilities and anxiety prevent me from doing important things on the Internet. Here, I explain what I need doing and it is done. Again, because of my illness, I find face to face so much better for me. I have been offered the use of Zoom but on 'bad' days would find that it would only exasperated my anxieties rather than be a useful tool. As I live on my own, there is often no-one to assist me.

    David helped me with my Online Banking and explained how to use it, in language I understood, And said I could come back anytime if I needed any other help ! Thank you David

    I went this week to pay a bill and it's clean looking and the staff is excellent and it does what it says but I still like the old TSB but at least we have a Bankfor everyone. 👍💐☕
