    Always friendly and helpful. I am unable to get to a main branch in a town so the Barton Upon Humber banking Hub is a lifeline. Since being ill my cognitive abilities and anxiety prevent me from doing important things on the Internet. Here, I explain what I need doing and it is done. Again, because of my illness, I find face to face so much better for me. I have been offered the use of Zoom but on 'bad' days would find that it would only exasperated my anxieties rather than be a useful tool. As I live on my own, there is often no-one to assist me.

    David Scott - ? Was brilliant today at the hub in Barton. Representing HSBC. Unfortunately can’t say the same for the Business banking service and their representative KED who was very rude and only working from a pre set script and unable to sort out the problem David was so kindly trying to sort out for me. KED needs training in personal skills.
