Charlene is one such example of an extraordinarily supportive member of staff. She constantly demonstrates unlimited knowledge of banking services and practices and is unbelievably PATIENT. No matter what request you lay before her and regardless of the number of times, she willingly sorts out the request. She has helped me with money transfers and can do this with her eyes closed!! I have been a NATWEST customer for over 43 years and her help and support have convinced me that I made the right decision all those years ago.
