  I have been using your services many times before, but this was the first time I was refused to collect my money due to my ID. I arrived to collect my pre-ordered money. After waiting over 30 minutes in the queue, I was refused service by a staff member because I presented my EU ID. She insisted that Tesco does not accept European IDs and asked for a driving licence instead, which I didn't have with me that time. I didn’t have time to discuss the matter, so I left and returned the next day. I tried again next day, but the same issue occurred. The staff member at the counter told me Tesco only accepts passports and driving licences, refusing my EU ID. However, I showed her an official email confirming that European IDs are accepted, as well as the terms displayed at the kiosk, which stated the same. Despite this, she still did not understand the policy and spent 15 minutes on the phone seeking advice. Eventually, she said she couldn't reach anyone but claimed she had the right to refuse my ID. To avoid holding up other customers, I gave her my driving licence, and I was finally able to collect my money. However, while she focused on rejecting my ID, she did not verify my payment card with a PIN, which I understand to be a standard security procedure. I would appreciate it if you could clarify your policy with your staff to prevent further confusion and inconvenience for customers.
