- GBgame boyzSep 22, 20221.0I’ve been over charged for large letter postage twice now, they are putting incorrect weights on to charge you more for postage. The first time I put it down to error, the second time I weighed it at home and checked the price before coming to the post office and was prepared. When I got home I checked my receipt and they put 500g on the weight to bump it up to the next postal price. The weight was below 240g…. So why does my receipt say 500g? I know times are hard, but don’t rip off your customers.

Do I need to bring identification if I'm buying or exchanging currency in a branch?
If you are buying currency and paying by card then you will need to bring one of the following;
Valid passport
Valid UK or EEA photocard driving licence
EEA identity card
We cannot accept anything other than one of these documents. We may also ask for ID for some cash transactions and we may need to verify your identity electronically while you are at the counter (this is not a credit check). You will need to have a permanent UK residential address in order for us to be able to do this. We will not be able to proceed with the transaction if we cannot verify your identity.

You can load any of the following currencies on to your card. The card can hold up to 22 currencies at once, but they can only be loaded one at a time:
