I’ve been over charged for large letter postage twice now, they are putting incorrect weights on to charge you more for postage. The first time I put it down to error, the second time I weighed it at home and checked the price before coming to the post office and was prepared. When I got home I checked my receipt and they put 500g on the weight to bump it up to the next postal price. The weight was below 240g…. So why does my receipt say 500g? I know times are hard, but don’t rip off your customers.
