  Went to the hub, no queue. The lovely lady at the counter was very helpful. Explained how to upload a check to my banking app and even did it for me as I couldn’t hold the phone still. Please use this hub we need to keep it. Very professional and helpful will definitely use again

  Kathy is so helpful with customers. I’m not originally from the UK and didn’t know how changing coins worked here, but she went out of her way to help me and explain the whole process. Such a lovely lady and a great example of excellent customer service!

  I visited this new banking hub on thursday and was greeted with a lovely smile by a lady behind the counter, her name badge said Kathy, i asked her to explain how the hub works and she explained what they can do. I withdrew some money and the lady was very chatty and asked if i needed anything else. Even though they dont do post office things, they do all your essential banking. This will now become my new go to for my banking. Very impressed, keep up the good work.

  I visited this new hub on Wednesday and Im very impressed with the service I received from the very helpful and friendly lady behind the counter named Kathy. With all the banks closing down its great that you can get service from my bank on set days. Im really impressed with this and will definitely be spreading the word to family and friends to visit here and ask for Kathy for any help if needed as she was very helpful. Wonderful service.
