The staff in this Shop/Post Office are obnoxious, rude & unprofessional.
I have used this shop to send parcels on many occasions and I have just popped down there this minute Monday 21/10/2024 0920hrs to send one, the fella was stacking shelves at the time of entering and I was told they did not have a signal to be able to send a parcel at this time so could I come back in 15 minutes. 😳
So I popped outside for 5 minute and then I saw a gentleman go in with a parcel to send, so I followed him in 30 seconds later and low and behold the Royal Mail/parcelforce system was working!
When the fella finally processed my parcels the receipts were passed to me in a slapdash manner, very unprofessional and if he doesn’t like his job he should find another one!
I said thank you very much and left the place disgusted with the service and his attitude!
If I could give no stars for the review I would.

Looked online to confirm the opening times for this Post Office as I needed to send a parcel relatively urgently that morning. Website states they open from 07.00am in the morning to 10pm at night, which would have been perfect.
However, when I arrived at around 08.15 this morning I was informed by the gentleman beside the counter that ‘all postal services are not available before 09.00am’ and that ‘there was nothing he could do’ before suggesting I could purchase a stamp!?
I’m not impressed with this service, very unhelpful staff and a complete waste of my time.
